| Thought Leadership
The AutoID Consulting members have been consultants, advisors, and researchers on serialization and pedigree longer than anyone in the industry! Our involvement in the field dates back to Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s AutoID Center where the team members led initial development of the technology, standards, and application of AIDC (automatic identification and data capture) and paved the road for the early adoption of Track & Trace technologies. Since then, the team has worked with the world’s leading pharmaceutical organizations and shaped their serialization and pedigree landscape.
Commercial organizations, regulators, and other industry stakeholders have turned to our consultants to define industry-accepted models and frameworks for securing the healthcare supply chain against counterfeit, diversion and other threats. The team developed the initial Safe & Secure Strategy for regulators, standards bodies, and the commercial community designed to help industry understand and methodically adopt Track & Trace technology.
| Ability to Execute
The team members also led implementation of some of the most large-scale, complex serialization programs in the industry. Understanding the devil is in the details (indeed, serialization and pedigree never runs out of details!), we bring in the detailed knowledge from our field engagements to ensure the operational decisions are aligned with the overall strategic goals and directions.
