We utilize our experience in Automatic Identification and Data Capture Technology, and Supply Chains to not only develop fresh approaches to traditional Logistics issues, but to provide an understanding into innovative Supply Chain Management approaches that build long term competitive advantage.
This research and insight is based on two foundations. First, the technological mastery acquired through years of experience in deploying Track & Trace Technologies like Mass Serialization, Pedigree, Authentication, RFID and Barcoding. Second, Supply Chain expertise rooted in the research of the origins of inventory management, decades of actual work experience in running different supply chains and an intellectual curiosity/database to develop fresh approaches to supply chain opportunities and issues.
